U R the Best Cards

I made a crop of new cards with the February Elle's Studio kit and stamp + some paper scraps and my circle punch. "The Best" sentiment inspired me to create some "blue ribbons". It's a bit more dimensional than my usual card, I used a circle punch to create a window and stamped through it and onto the inside of the card.
