Inspiration Inventoried: Dear Dixie

So I had an idea for a new video series. I'm calling it Inspiration Inventoried. It's not a process video. It's me chatting about a finished page, going through the story, the design, the products. Basically a blog post but in video form. You get to see my mug as I wanted the chance to introduce myself.
I'm not the most eloquent speaker but I think I'll get the hang of it. I didn't realize until recently that I really just love to talk about scrapbooking! I'm hoping to do these once or twice a month so let me know what you think.

cheers & besos,

  1. I love this, Jamie! The layout, and the new video series! I LOVE those leaf embellishments, and those gold puffy hearts on your page, and I really like the layout design as well. Is it a 9x12 page? And the video is great. I don't really enjoy watching process videos, so this is perfect! You're right, it is so much easier to just talk about the layout, instead of trying to explain it all in a blog post. I look forward to future videos! :)

  2. Hi Jamie, I love that you are doing a video series. This is an interesting angle as opposed to a process video, and I appreciate getting a glimpse into what inspires you. You are such a prolific scrapper, and this is one of my goals this year, to increase my output. I look forward to learning more from you! :)

  3. This is a special layout. I'm also not a big process videos person, so I love that you're more describing the story of how the layout came together. Fits my personality much more. I may have to give this a try as well. =)

    1. Thanks Marina! I just knew that making a 10-30 minute video isn't something I really wanted to do. It's a learning process but I think it's the best way I can put out a video :)
