Reader Appreciation RAK

Wednesday, August 11, 2010

And now a word from our sponsors....oh wait. I don't have any! Tehe, but that's ok. I still like to give stuff away, spread the scrapbook love a bit. Pass around the proveribal pipe.... Ok, moving on.

In honor of my 1 year anniversary, I'm giving away a fun RAK to one of you, my dear blog readers! The giveaway features some of the products I talked about in my earlier post. Kraft cardstock, a couple of sheets of Basic Grey Basics patterned paper, Tombo Mono Adhesive, an American Crafts Slick Writer and Thickers, some chalk ink and even baker's twine! Plus a few odds and ends that I hope, will jazz up your pages!

So to be entered to win my fun little RAK please leave a comment below! I'd love to hear about favorite aspects of your favorite blogs. I'm always up for changing things up and trying them on for size. Because lets face it, I still am trying to find my blogging style! And I'm giving it a week for you all to get your comments in, until 8 pm CST 8.18.2010.

Also, while you're here, become a follower if you haven't already. You don't have to, but if you're interested please do and no pressure or anything. As always, thanks again for stopping by!

ETA: Comments are now closed. Thanks to everyone for the lovely comments!

  3. Such an awesome anniversary giveaway! Congrats on one year :)

I really love when bloggers share photos of their process - a tutorial of sorts. Especially when they share a LO with a really nice technique or handmade embellishment. It helps me expand my creative horizons!

  8. Congratulations on One year!!! I am already a follower of yours :) My favorite things about blogs are the person's personality (like yours, funny, not too serious), posts about different challenge blogs, and easy tutorials. I don't have time to watch videos, for example.

  18. Congrats on your milestone!

I agree with others that the "how to" aspect with tutorials or even an explanation is always great.

And I do love baker's twine, so any tips or ideas for using this would be super, including for cards and altered projects.

Thanks for inviting us to join in the celebrations.

I am a follower of your blog.

  25. Wow you do have a lovely blog ... full of color and life and excitement. My favorite parts of the blogs I read daily (and there are tons of them) are the bits and pieces of the places they live, the places they travel too, their childrens smiles, their tried and true recipes ... and yes I even read about heartbreaks on the blogs I visit. These things make me thrill to the endless possibilities in this world, I long to meet and get to know many of my blogging friends, I offer up prayers for them when necessary and I thank them for their shared thoughts as they bring so much to my stay at home mom world. Through others blogs I learn and live ... and I'm happy to add your blog to my favorites now. Thanks so much.
